Summary

Key Responsibilities

Act as a Technical Lead / SME for claims-related applications, guiding design, development, and delivery.
Translate business and functional requirements into modern, scalable technical solutions.
Design and develop applications using C#.NET, APIs, Kafka, SQL, AngularJS on Azure platform.
Work extensively on healthcare EDI transactions such as 837 and 835.
Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering best practices.
Lead and mentor engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and problem resolution.
Drive performance optimization, automation, and innovation, including AI adoption where applicable.
Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and free of critical vulnerabilities.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Own end-to-end delivery, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Provide leadership during critical production incidents, ensuring SLA compliance.
Develop and maintain coding standards, processes, and best practices.
Provide timely status updates and actively remove blockers for the team.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of overall IT experience.
5+ years of experience in Facets Claims domain.
5+ years of hands-on development and testing using C# / .NET.
5+ years in a Senior Applications Developer role.
5+ years of database design and programming experience.
2+ years working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI-driven development or automation.
Strong understanding of claims pricing, edits, adjustments, and payments.
Experience with TriZetto Facets applications.
Healthcare EDI experience.
Exposure to Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.
