FACETS Software Engineer - .Net/C#

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Technical Lead / SME for claims-related applications, guiding design, development, and delivery.

• Translate business and functional requirements into modern, scalable technical solutions.

• Design and develop applications using C#.NET, APIs, Kafka, SQL, AngularJS on Azure platform.

• Work extensively on healthcare EDI transactions such as 837 and 835.

• Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering best practices.

• Lead and mentor engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and problem resolution.

• Drive performance optimization, automation, and innovation, including AI adoption where applicable.

• Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and free of critical vulnerabilities.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

• Own end-to-end delivery, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Provide leadership during critical production incidents, ensuring SLA compliance.

• Develop and maintain coding standards, processes, and best practices.

• Provide timely status updates and actively remove blockers for the team.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.

• 5+ years of experience in Facets Claims domain.

• 5+ years of hands-on development and testing using C# / .NET.

• 5+ years in a Senior Applications Developer role.

• 5+ years of database design and programming experience.

• 2+ years working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-driven development or automation.

• Strong understanding of claims pricing, edits, adjustments, and payments.

• Experience with TriZetto Facets applications.

• Healthcare EDI experience.

• Exposure to Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.
