<>Oracle HCM Consultant<>Introduction:<>The Oracle HCM Consultant will play a crucial role within our team, working closely with our client Cheniere Energy in Houston, TX. The consultant will be responsible for hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and leading the annual compensation cycle from planning to deployment.<>Responsibilities:

<>Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
<>Extensive experience with the Oracle Workforce Compensation module.
<>Lead and support a complete annual compensation cycle from planning and configuration through testing, deployment, and post-cycle support.
<>Troubleshoot issues, configure the application, and provide best-practice recommendations.
<>Experience integrating Workforce Compensation with other Oracle HCM modules.

<>Requirements:<>Required:

<>Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
<>Extensive experience with the Oracle Workforce Compensation module.
<>Experience leading and supporting a complete annual compensation cycle from planning and configuration through testing, deployment, and post-cycle support.
<>Ability to troubleshoot issues, configure the application, and provide best-practice recommendations.

<>Preferred:

<>Experience with additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules, such as Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Absence Management, Benefits, EBS Time & Labor, or UKG.
<>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
