Summary

Our client, a leading real estate company, is hiring a Franchise Enablement Coordinator in Madison, New Jersey! This is onsite 5 days a week

*This is a 3-month W2 contract with benefits & a possibility of extension! *

In this role, you will support Franchise System Growth and compliance by coordinating recruiting program operations and franchise compliance activities. You'll also work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality service, manage high-volume workflows, support contract-related processes, and uphold compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

Manage recruiting program intake, including monitoring shared inbox and responding to franchise inquiries and submission
Support compliance processes, including compliance of domestic and international watch lists
Partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Brand teams, and IT to support initiatives and resolve issues
Maintain strong attention to detail across high-volume administrative and compliance workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in operations, franchise support, compliance, contract administration, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or contract management systems
Experience with data analysis or reporting tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
