Experience levels should be 5 to 10 years(real experience).

$65/Hr On C2C.

• Contribute to Tosca-based automation by identifying candidate test cases for automation and preparing test data.
• Create or update basic Tosca modules, test cases, and test sheets under guidance from QA automation leads.
• Execute Tosca suites in CI where available, review results, and help triage automation failures vs. product defects.
• Collaborate with the team to gradually convert high-value manual regressions into maintainable Tosca tests.
• Create, maintain, and execute manual regression test cases for desktop workflows prior to releases.
• Validate bug fixes, confirm acceptance criteria, and maintain traceability from requirements to test results.
• Log defects with clear repro steps, expected vs. actual results, environment details, and impact assessment.
• Partner with QA to prioritize regression scope based on risk, change areas, and release timelines.
• Break down features into well-defined user stories and tasks with clear acceptance criteria.
• Provide accurate estimates, track progress, and proactively surface risks during Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Reviews.
• Demonstrate completed work in Sprint Reviews and capture feedback for iteration.
• Contribute to Sprint Retrospectives with actionable improvements to flow, quality, and throughput.
