Job Overview
Drive sales growth for belief Skincare across the New York territory and exceed previous year sales performance
Provide product education, retail support, and brand expansion across key partner stores

Provide product education, retail support, and brand expansion across key partner stores
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, analyze, and drive sales across Sephora, ULTA, and Macy''s locations within assigned territory
Conduct regular store visits to provide product education and selling techniques to retail staff
Build strong relationships with store leadership, associates, and competing brand teams to enhance sales performance
Stay informed on trends and key business drivers within retail channels
Expand belif brand presence through new retail opportunities and customer acquisition
Develop and grow client bases within core belif store locations
Coach store associates to improve responsibilities and sales performance
Train associates in selling skills, customer service, events, and product demonstrations
Prepare materials for events and promotional programs to maximize sales impact
Track daily, monthly, and seasonal retail performance and submit accurate reports
Travel throughout assigned territory to support multiple retail locations

Experience building, training, and delivering customer-facing product demos and training programs
Experience in retail sales, field sales, or beauty/skincare brand support
Reliable car required for territory travel
Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius of Manhattan
Strong coaching and presentation skills
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyze sales trends and performance data
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong organizational and reporting skills
Experience building, training, and delivering customer-facing product demos and training programs
Experience in retail sales, field sales, or beauty/skincare brand support
