Urgent Hiring – Senior Systems Software Developer (IRS MBI Clearance Required)

📍 Location: Remote
📅 Duration: 12+ Months Contract (with possible extension)
🔒 Clearance: Active IRS MBI Clearance is Mandatory

We are actively seeking a Senior Systems Software Developer with extensive experience in systems-level software engineering and an active IRS MBI clearance.

Required Experience:

10+ years of hands-on experience in systems software development
Strong programming skills in Java, C, C++, or similar languages
Deep understanding of:
- Operating System internals
- Memory management
- Distributed systems
- Middleware and embedded systems
Experience designing secure architectures within Federal Government environments
Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization expertise
Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-scale infrastructure and system software

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and optimize complex system-level software components
Build and maintain operating systems, middleware, and foundational infrastructure software
Collaborate with systems engineers to design scalable and secure solutions
Perform low-level debugging and performance tuning
Ensure system reliability and compliance with federal security standards
Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and integration workflows
