Job Description:

Seeking a self-directed Financial and IT SME to support Treasury Trading applications, with primary focus on Summit. The role will provide product and business analysis expertise and support delivery of Treasury Trading capabilities within an Agile framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise for Treasury Trading applications and processes, primarily Summit.
  • Partner with business, Product, and Technology stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business needs and requirements.
  • Develop and refine features, user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements, and process flows.
  • Support backlog prioritization, refinement, sprint planning, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
  • Support Summit enhancements, integrations, testing, implementation, and application issue resolution.
  • Partner with Technology teams to analyze and resolve application issues.
  • Identify and communicate risks, issues, dependencies, and required decisions.
  • Manage, coordinate, and guide cross-functional project activities as needed.
  • Independently take ownership of assigned initiatives and drive deliverables through completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or related field preferred.
  • Financial services experience required, with Treasury, fixed-income, and/or derivatives experience preferred.
  • Summit trading platform experience strongly preferred.
  • Product Owner, Business Analyst, or comparable product delivery experience.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Jira.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to resolve application issues with Technology teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage, coordinate, and guide cross-functional project teams.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership, initiative, and ability to work independently.
