Summary

Role : CTERA Portal Administrator
Location : Remote, USA

Administration & implementation knowledge of CTERA PORTAL, Apache Tomcat appliances, and Postgres database with replication processes
Demonstrated experience in installing, configuring, and managing CTERA PORTAL infrastructure, Windows workstations, VMware appliances, and LINUX/CENTOS operating systems.
Experience in CTERA PORTAL, LINUX OS, and Windows OS upgrades.
Monitoring of CTERA PORTAL infrastructure and coordination with vendor for resolution.
Experience with Problem diagnosis and Solution.
Expert skills in Availability, Reporting and Capacity Management.
Experience in managing SLA/service delivery metrics.
Practical knowledge of WINDOWS OS workstation components.
Display multi-tasking expertise and patience to troubleshoot critical issues under pressure.
Experience with disaster recovery technologies and data replication.
Play an active role in Enterprise Service Management including alerts, incidents, service requests, and change management requests related to storage.
Identify opportunities for automation and implement using scripts and other automation tools.
Provide Tier 2/3 support to large customer base (agents) who use CTERA PORTAL for daily file storage.
Knowledge about using ticketing system for daily operations – Servicenow.
Knowledge on ITIL processes
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Willing to work on 24x7 support.
