Role Overview
We are seeking a strong hands-on Senior Developer with deep expertise in MuleSoft to design, build, and support enterprise integration solutions. The role focuses primarily on API-led connectivity and integration development using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, complemented by back-end development on Java/Spring Boot. The ideal candidate is technically strong, comfortable working with distributed teams in an Agile environment, and able to translate complex integration requirements into scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and support MuleSoft integrations using API-led connectivity (System, Process, and Experience APIs). • Build and maintain Mule flows, DataWeave transformations, connectors, and error-handling frameworks on the Anypoint Platform. • Develop, publish, and manage APIs using Anypoint API Manager, applying policies, security, and versioning best practices. • Implement and consume RESTful/SOAP APIs and integration patterns (queues, messaging, batch, and real-time data exchange). • Support back-end services and APIs on Java/Spring Boot as required by the integration landscape. Must-Have Skills • 6+ years in application development / integration, with strong recent hands-on experience in MuleSoft. • Deep expertise in MuleSoft Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, DataWeave 2.0, API Manager, connectors, and API-led connectivity. • Experience building and consuming RESTful and SOAP APIs and microservices-based services. • Working knowledge of Java and Spring Boot for back-end development. • Good understanding of integration patterns, error handling, logging, and secure coding practices. • Experience with SQL and/or relational databases; ability to write, analyze, and optimize queries as needed. • Working knowledge of CI/CD, Git-based source control, build/deployment pipelines, and Agile engineering practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
