Summary
Provide architectural and application design direction for Quadient implementations Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior developers
Design, develop, and maintain document templates using Quadient Inspire Designer, Scaler, Interactive, and Automation
-Develop multi-channel communications (Print, Web/HTML, Email, SMS, Fax)
Requirements & Collaboration -
Gather requirements from stakeholders and business analysts
Collaborate with UX designers, project managers, and business teams
Implement data integration using XML, XSLT, JSON, SQL, and scripting (Groovy, JavaScript)
Understand API methods and Web Service messages (REST preferred)
Optimize templates/workflows for performance, scalability, and maintainability
Ensure compliance with branding, accessibility (WCAG), data privacy, and regulatory standards
Participate in full development lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, production support
Understanding of Jira workflow and Agile framework
Experience- 10+ years overall CCM experience with 6+ years in Quadient
3–5 years hands-on experience with other CCM products/technologies
Certified in Quadient Inspire Designer Certification - Basic
Quadient Modules- Proficient in Scaler, Interactive, Designer, DAS, Automation modules
- Strong proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, SQL, Groovy, JavaScript
- Template design & development experience
- Familiarity with Git, SVN, CI/CD pipelines
Architecture - Ability to provide architectural direction for Quadient implementations
- Deep knowledge of form design specifications
Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Enterprise Application Development & Maintenance experience in client-server environments
Experience with REST APIs and Web Services
Understanding of composition logic, dynamic content, versioning
Knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., healthcare, finance)

Maintain template performance and scalability
