Pay Rate-$ 56.59/hr on W2 Without benefits
work hours: 24 hours per week, Mon-Fri (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
who are willing to work 24 hours a week as well as work 40 hours a week if necessary.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Accuratelyprojects the cost of projects and provides information by developingindependent cost estimates based on cost of a defined scope of work at any stage of project definition.
2. Prepares economic cost studies, cash flows and contingency analyses.
3. Prepares all aspects of detailed cost estimates with minimal supervision. Projects are generally larger and more complex estimating assignments.
4. Attends site visits to observe, review and confirm existing conditions, proposed modifications and details regarding items that may be replaced or repaired in support of the cost estimating necessities.
5. Provides support in price negotiations.
6. Performs related costs estimating and budgeting functions.
7. Performs conceptual estimating by establishing a project’s cost, before any graphical representation of a facility has been developed.
8. Performs detailed cost estimates by breaking down the items of work on an orderly and logical basis, determining the cost of each item from experience and summarizing the total.
9. Works closely the project managers to ensure the project estimate meets all financial and regulatory guidelines, including grant and federal procurement requirements.
10. Analyzes specifications, drawings, sketches and sample layouts to calculate total construction cost using labor, material and equipment pricing schedules in concert with historical data.
11. Prepares takeoffs on complex projects, drawings and plans with project management, and checks for mathematical and technical accuracy.
12. Reviews proposals, contract documents and contract modifications to determine scopes of work and scope changes.
13. Obtains quotes for materials and services.
14. Accumulates, evaluates and documents historical cost data and construction procedures and methods in order to maintain current estimating standards and databases.
15. Participates in presentations as required.
Note:
Occasional reimbursable travel to the work locations in Bergen, Burlington, Camden, Essex, Hudson and Mercer counties
