Summary

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist (Level II) to support high-impact AI/ML initiatives in a regulated environment. This role focuses on developing targeting models and scalable production-ready solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models to improve targeting accuracy and business performance
Apply advanced ML/Deep Learning techniques for new and existing solutions
Build scalable feature pipelines and transform complex raw data into model-ready inputs
Work with large messy datasets such as claims data while ensuring quality and integrity
Convert analytical models/scripts into production-ready pipelines
Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous model improvement
Partner with analytics, business, and technical teams to solve business problems
Present methodologies, assumptions, and results to non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Master s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
Experience taking models from ideation to production deployment
Strong Python, SQL, and AWS skills
Expertise in Machine Learning / Deep Learning
Experience with large-scale complex datasets

Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry experience
Experience with claims data or similar datasets
Knowledge of privacy, compliance, and governance requirements
Experience with MLOps, automation, deployment, and monitoring
