Job Overview: As a Scrum Master III, you will play a pivotal role in driving Agile practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. You will facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and maintain metrics to track team progress. Your role will involve resolving impediments, promoting accountability, and leading Agile transformations across all levels of the organization. You will inspire teams and stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions efficiently.
Responsibilities: - Facilitate the adoption, implementation, and sustainability of Agile processes, principles, and practices.
- Lead the scaling of Agile from team level to enterprise level.
- Act as a change agent and support teams and individuals in their Agile journey.
- Provide hands-on team guidance, support, and coaching to enhance maturity at a sustainable pace.
- Create training materials and deliver training sessions across the organization.
- Support Agile teams in developing playbooks and establishing consistent best practices.
- Collaborate with non-Agile teams to educate and support them during transformation.
- Define and maintain relevant metrics to track program progress.
- Build trust and foster collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Perform ongoing assessments of teams' Scrum maturity and provide tailored support.
- Advise on dependency management techniques and drive increased ROI.
- Encourage continuous improvement and innovation within teams.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- CSM/CSPO Certification or PMI-ACP preferred.
- Deep knowledge of Scrum practices and Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to build effective partnerships across diverse groups.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Conflict resolution and servant leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in managing with metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of iterative development and software development processes.

Pay Range: $50- $55
