Required Skills:

Proven experience in electrical project management or engineering
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards
Excellent project planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications
Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
Proficiency with relevant software tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with large-scale industrial or commercial electrical projects
Familiarity with LEED or other sustainability certifications
Previous experience managing budgets and schedules for electrical projects
Certification such as PE (Professional Engineer) or PMP is a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
3+ years of experience in electrical project engineering or management
Prior experience working on regional or nationwide projects preferred

Other Requirements:

Willingness to travel up to 25% regionally and nationwide
Ability to commute to La Porte, TX, or Houston, TX regularly
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
