Join a fast-moving team building internal products at the intersection of engineering, product, and design. In this role, you will help shape tools and systems that support users, improve workflows, and turn broad needs into scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Design, prototype, and deliver full-stack features across backend, frontend, and infrastructure
  • Work directly with users and stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
  • Identify recurring requests and translate them into reusable platforms, primitives, or middleware
  • Build tools that expand autonomy and usability for less technical users
  • Help drive product decisions and prioritization based on user needs and business impact
  • Iterate quickly using feedback to improve functionality and user experience
  • Adapt to new tools, frameworks, and evolving product needs as the role develops
Skills
  • 6+ years of experience building production software, ideally across the full stack
  • Ability to operate independently and take a product from concept to launch
  • Strong systems thinking and the ability to design for scale and reuse
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and making thoughtful decisions with incomplete information
  • Solid technical proficiency with Python, TypeScript, and React
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with others
  • A strong sense of ownership focused on outcomes, not just task completion
Preferred Skills
  • Experience building internal tools, platforms, or shared systems used by others
  • Background in product-oriented engineering or working closely with product and design teams
  • Ability to spot patterns in user needs and develop broader solutions from them
  • Experience in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly
  • Familiarity with AI-powered workflows or collaboration tools
  • Exposure to product discovery and implementation processes
