Position Summary
The Technical Training Instructor plays a critical role in developing the technical capabilities of Maserati dealership technicians, fleet technicians, and corporate personnel. This position is responsible for delivering technical training, supporting dealership learning needs, managing training operations, and ensuring compliance with corporate training objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver instructor-led technical training in classroom and virtual environments
Partner with Service Managers and Regional Managers to identify and address dealership training needs
Coordinate New Model Launch training and annual training plans
Manage course scheduling, registration, completion tracking, and academy reporting
Maintain training facilities, equipment, vehicles, tools, and learning resources
Monitor dealership compliance with corporate training requirements and classroom utilization
Contribute to technical course development and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain advanced technical knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and emerging technologies
