Title : Senior SAP MDG Techno-Functional Consultant (S/4HANA)
Location : Racine, WI (Onsite)
Rate : $90/hr on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior SAP MDG Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in MDG and S/4HANA for a conversion project. The role involves end-to-end MDG implementation, solution design, and technical customization, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient data governance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and execute all phases of SAP MDG implementation (blueprinting, fit-gap, build, testing, deployment)
· Design and implement MDG solutions including data modeling, UI modeling, and process modeling
· Define integration and data replication strategies across systems
· Collaborate with technical teams to design future-state architecture
· Configure MDG framework components including rules, derivations, and BRF+
· Provide best practices, troubleshoot issues, and optimize MDG performance
· Manage workflows, data migration, and go-live activities
· Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams and support Agile project execution
Required Skills:
· Strong experience in SAP MDG (Data Modeling, UI Modeling, Process Modeling)
· Expertise in MDG configurations, replication, and workflows
· Hands-on experience with ABAP, BADIs, WD ABAP, FPM, and OOPs
· Experience with BRF+ and Data Replication Framework
· Good understanding of ERP tables and S/4HANA landscape
· Full lifecycle implementation experience
Preferred Skills:
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
· Proven ability to handle large-scale implementations
