This newly created role will report to the Senior Rewards & Benefits Manager (North America) and partner closely with stakeholders across North America and contribute analytical and project support to global reward teams to design, implement, and maintain a globally aligned reward strategy that supports the firm's ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities

North America
  • Partner with the North America Senior Rewards & Benefits Manager to support the design and development and execution of a globally aligned reward strategy for the rapidly growing North America region
  • Assist in designing and modeling the cost of incentive plans, including scenario and impact analysis
  • Support maintenance of job architecture, role profiles, and compensation structures, ensuring alignment to global frameworks
  • Lead delivery of the annual compensation review process, including analytics, modeling, and stakeholder support
  • Manage pay-related compliance requirements and audits

Global
  • Working with Head of Reward UK, Global Reward Projects Lead and Director Reward & Benefits as part of as part of the wider global reward team
  • Support delivery of global reward projects and initiatives, (e.g. global benchmarking & market positioning, job architecture)
  • Support strategic reward projects and cyclical reward processes in other regions as required
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions
  • Provide subject matter expertise to HR colleagues and business stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of reward processes and governance, and efficient, people centered- reward practices (including pay transparency practices, reporting, data quality and consistency, total reward statements)
  • Support change management activities related to reward programs

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of compensation experience, preferably within a consultancy environment (preferred but not required).
  • Compensation benchmarking and analytics experience, including:
    • Market benchmarking, salary survey analysis, job evaluation alignment, and maintenance of salary structures and global compensation frameworks
    • Using market data to inform pay positioning, support pay transparency requirements and ensure internal equity
    • Experience in designing and modeling incentive plans, including cost modeling, scenario modeling, and generating clear, data driven insights for HR and business stakeholders
    • Proficiency with data analysis tools and software

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, functions, pivot tables, and lookups
  • Project management skills, including experience planning and delivering reward projects.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management abilities, with the capability to liaise effectively with senior stakeholders, including HR and Finance
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
