Here's what it takes to succeed with us.


  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience (sales support, customer service, retail, wholesale, or supply chain)

  • Experience working with major retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, or Target is a plus

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to build and maintain business relationships

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong sense of urgency and follow-through


Preferred Skills


  • Experience with CRM systems

  • Basic knowledge of EDI systems


Key Responsibilities


  • Review routing and compliance guidelines for assigned customer accounts

  • Accurately process and input orders within required timelines

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Logistics) to resolve order-related issues

  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding order updates or concerns

  • Assist in resolving post-order issues, including chargebacks

  • Act as a secondary sales contact for assigned accounts and franchise locations

  • Support sales efforts through suggestive selling and recommending alternative products when needed

  • Maintain a strong understanding of product offerings, pricing, and available alternatives
