    Years of Experience: 15+ years

    Location: Hybrid (2-3 days Dallas, TX)

    As a consultant within the DE team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.

    Job Description:

    Experience Range: With at least 15 years of experience in cloud architecture, including significant expertise in AWS development and solution design

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using AWS services such as Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, CloudFront, API Gateway, and Step Functions

    2. Develop and implement cloud-native applications and microservices leveraging AWS serverless technologies

    3. Optimize AWS infrastructure for performance, cost efficiency, and reliability, ensuring best practices in resource provisioning and management

    4. Lead technical reviews and provide guidance to development teams on AWS architecture, deployment strategies, and integration patterns

    5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, create architectural diagrams, and drive solution delivery

    6. Establish and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards for AWS environments

    7. Troubleshoot complex issues related to AWS services and resolve architectural challenges to maintain system integrity

    8. Mentor and coach junior architects and engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and technical excellence Required Skills:

    1. AWS Elastic Beanstalk Key

    Responsibilities:

    1. Design and architect scalable project management solutions that align with organizational goals and industry best practices

    2. Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, driving planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects with measurable outcomes

    3. Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring technical solutions meet business objectives

    4. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and risk assessments

    5. Oversee the integration of new technologies and tools into existing project management frameworks to enhance process efficiency and project outcomes

    6. Establish and enforce project management standards, methodologies, and governance processes to ensure consistent delivery and quality

    7. Evaluate and mitigate project risks through proactive identification, assessment, and implementation of effective controls

    8. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

    Required Skills:

    1. Expertise with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall

    2. Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana)

    3. Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process mapping

    4. In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)

    5. Hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable technical solutions

    6. Proficiency with workflow automation and process optimization tools 7

    . Experience with risk management strategies and tools

    8. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes

    Preferred Skills:

    1. Experience with cloud-based project management platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps, AWS CloudFormation)

    2. Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

    3. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies

    4. Familiarity with change management frameworks

    5. Exposure to AI-driven project management solutions

    6. Experience with portfolio management and enterprise-level program delivery

    Desired Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a closely related discipline

    2. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent

    3. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar business analysis certification
