Summary

Job Description

Lead cloud architecture and IT modernization initiatives, developing architectural blueprints, network topologies, and technical specifications for public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
Design and implement scalable cloud solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, with strong focus on cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and performance.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, automation, containerization, microservices, Kubernetes, and serverless infrastructure.
Establish cloud security, identity/access controls, data governance, compliance, monitoring, logging, and operational best practices, including HIPAA requirements.
Lead cross-functional technology initiatives, evaluate architectural options, provide technical direction, analyze current vs. desired states, and coordinate delivery across HHS IT teams and stakeholders.
