Agile Product Owner / Business Analyst After Sales ( Fulltime )

Full Time Hybrid

Auburn Hills, MI

Job Description:

Own and drive Agile product scope across customer, dealer, corporate, and brand stakeholders for VW & Audi After Sales programs.

Write and manage epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog grooming, prioritization, and UAT execution.

Act as product vision owner optimize dealership service processes, CSI, retention, and parts sales using emerging technologies.

Collaborate cross-functionally to translate complex technical requirements into clear, achievable work items and business value.

Build ROI-driven business cases, align scope to strategy, and negotiate priorities across multiple stakeholders.

Required: -

Previous working experience with Agile Methodologies - Hands on experience authoring and refining user stories, grooming product backlogs, and prioritizing conflicting requirements. - Strong Dealership Service process knowledge
