Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Software Engineer with deep expertise in SAP ABAP development across SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments. The ideal candidate will support mission-critical SAP applications, drive performance optimization initiatives, and provide L2/L3 production support while collaborating closely with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L2 and L3 production support activities for SAP systems.
• Address support tickets and resolve issues within S/4 HANA environments.
• Monitor daily batch jobs, identify failed jobs, and perform issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain SAP ABAP applications across FI/CO and MM modules.
• Design and develop ABAP on HANA solutions using AMDP, CDS Views, BOPF, and OData services.
• Enhance standard SAP functionality using BADI, BTE, User Exits, and Enhancement Framework.
• Develop reports using ALV reporting techniques and interactive reporting.
• Build and support SAP forms using SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms.
• Develop and maintain EDI/IDOC integrations and ABAP proxies.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand and deliver technical solutions.
• Perform code optimization, runtime analysis, and performance tuning.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 12+ years of SAP ABAP development experience in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA.
• Strong expertise in ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP and Fiori applications.
• Experience with SOAP/REST APIs and backend OData services.
• Expertise in SAP enhancements and integrations.
• Experience in object-oriented ABAP programming.
• Strong understanding of MM and Finance business processes.

• Experience working in enterprise retail environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced support and delivery environments.
