Requirements

 

  • ·    Graduate level degree in Project Management, MBA, MPH or related degree.
  • ·    Minimum of 5 years of experience as a formal project manager. Preference given to experience in state government, regulatory or similar service-related business.
  • ·     Certifications preferred: PMP, LSSBB, CSM
  • ·     Experience with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid project management methodologies.
  • ·      Strong familiarity with and/or the ability to use MS Project.
  • ·      Understanding and experience with the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide and Standards.
  • ·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
  • ·      Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • ·      Well-organized and detail oriented. Minimum tier for a project manager is Level II, and we are looking for someone with non-technology and/or core technology experience.
