Job Details

Our client is searching for an associate attorney to join their team. They are looking for someone with 2+ years of litigation experience. Federal experience is preferred, but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities
Develop strategic case direction based on legal and factual analysis
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda
Take and defend depositions
Manage written discovery and discovery disputes
Support matters from inception through resolution

Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of commercial litigation experience (federal litigation preferred)
Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills
Confident courtroom and negotiation presence
Ability to independently manage cases with appropriate supervision
