Required Skills: Business Analyst, Reinsurance

Job description:

Bachelor’s degree in related field
A minimum of 5 years Business Analyst experience
A minimum of 3 years working in Reinsurance with solid Reinsurance Underwriting Claims and or Accounting Business Acumen
Demonstrated experience in gathering documenting and prioritizing requirements
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment Strong attention to detail
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders Strong presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders on large initiatives
Experience in Agile methodologies
Experience with the DXC SICS Application a plus"
