Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3-4 Days every week. Local or candidates from adjacent states only.

Role Overview:
• As a Flutter Developer you will be responsible for designing and developing crossplatform mobile applications using Flutter within the Financial Services Insurance domain 
• You will collaborate with UIUX designers backend developers and business teams to deliver highquality scalable and secure mobile solutions that meet client requirements

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
• Implement responsive UI components and ensure seamless user experience across platforms
• Integrate mobile applications with backend services and APIs
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
• Work in Agile teams and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
• Ensure compliance with security and quality standards

Required Skills and Experience:
• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming language
• Experience in building crossplatform mobile applications for iOS and Android
• Knowledge of state management solutions like Provider Bloc or Riverpod
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON data handling
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology
• Good problemsolving and debugging skills

Preferred Skills:
• Exposure to native mobile development Android or iOS for platformspecific integrations
• Experience with CICD pipelines for mobile app deployment
• Knowledge of insurance domain processes and compliance requirements.
