What You?ll Do
As our Memory Care Director, you will be the guiding force behind a vibrant, engaging, and supportive Memory Care environment. Your leadership will help ensure every resident experience safety, dignity, and connection.
You will:
\t- Champion our mission to Make Lives Betterthrough every interaction, program, and care decision.
\t- Serve as a trusted partnerfor residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team?promoting whole?person care that nurtures body, mind, and spirit.
\t- Design and lead meaningful, stage?appropriate programsthat bring comfort, joy, and purpose to those living with dementia.
\t- Provide support and education to families, helping them navigate their loved one?s journey with compassion and understanding.
\t- Inspire and mentor your team, ensuring that best practices in dementia care are delivered consistently and with heart.

What You Bring:
\t- Valid Texas LVN license or compact nursing license ? required
\t- Experience as a nurse leader in a skilled nursing facility and working directly with memory care patients required
\t- Strong leadership, communication, and team?building skills
\t- Experience working with individuals living with dementia, including program development and understanding of disease progression
\t- A compassionate heart and a service?driven mindset
\t- A commitment to ensuring every resident receives dignified, person?centered care
