Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Lead / Senior Developer with 10+ years of core development experience and deep expertise in integrating enterprise systems, particularly Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will lead API-led integration initiatives, design scalable MuleSoft solutions, and play a key role in delivering high-quality integration architectures.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of MuleSoft APIs and integrations.
Implement API-led connectivity using MuleSoft best practices.
Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
Develop and optimize DataWeave transformations.
Ensure scalability, performance, and reusability of integration solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Salesforce, backend, and DevOps.
Manage API lifecycle using API Manager and Anypoint Platform.
Troubleshoot and enhance existing MuleSoft integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of overall IT experience with strong backend development background.
5+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft (Mule 4 preferred).
Strong expertise in Salesforce integration patterns and APIs.
Proficiency in:
- DataWeave
- RAML
- REST & SOAP APIs
- JSON & XML
Experience with:
- CloudHub deployment
- CI/CD pipelines
- API Manager & Anypoint Platform
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

MuleSoft Certification (MuleSoft Certified Developer/Architect).
Experience in banking/financial domain (nice to have).
Exposure to microservices architecture and cloud platforms.

Screening Criteria

Hands-on DataWeave coding test during interview
Strong real-time experience in Salesforce integrations using MuleSoft
Prior experience in leading/mentoring teams
