Seeking an experienced Lead Solution Architect to provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams and drive the design and implementation of scalable, integrated system and product architectures. This role is responsible for ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture, business objectives, and performance goals while supporting the organization’s overall IT strategy.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in enterprise architecture, cloud and on-premise integrations, and large-scale system design, along with strong communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for the design and implementation of complex, enterprise-wide solutions.
- Design and implement integrated frameworks, platforms, and technology stacks aligned with business and IT strategy.
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture across application components and system integrations.
- Develop and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and technical specifications.
- Create conceptual and logical architectures to address program or project challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design issues and ensure system performance and scalability.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business requirements.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to inform architectural decisions.
- Support governance processes and ensure compliance with architectural and security standards.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
OR - Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT or solution architecture roles.
- Proven experience designing complex hardware and software solutions for large-scale enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact business solutions.
- Strong knowledge of modern architecture patterns, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications
Expert-level architecture certification (e.g., TOGAF, CISSP, or equivalent).
- Experience integrating with Oracle Fusion manufacturing, purchasing, and planning modules.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud, Blue Yonder, o9, or Kinaxis planning solutions.
- Experience with cloud-based Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
