We are currently seeking pplication Developer to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).
Job Description:
Day-to-Day Job Duties (What this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Appian platform or full-stack technologies.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver scalable application solutions.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Build, optimize, and maintain SQL Server or other relational databases, including writing and improving complex SQL queries.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Create and maintain Appian components such as SAIL interfaces, Records, Integrations, and Web APIs (where applicable).
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve performance and reliability.
- Support QA testing by resolving defects and implementing required fixes.
- Maintain technical documentation for applications, code, and system processes.
- Follow DevOps and CI/CD best practices and utilize version control systems such as Git.
- Ensure application security and data protection compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
Basic Qualifications (Skills required with minimum years of experience)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Appian Development or Full Stack Application Development.
- Minimum 3+ years of Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Minimum 3+ years of Experience working with SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Minimum 3+ years of Strong SQL programming skills, including writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex queries.
- Minimum 3+ years of Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Minimum 3+ years of Experience using Git or other version control systems.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Degree
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)
- Experience with Appian SAIL, Records, Integrations, and Web APIs.
- Experience with Python and Flask.
- Experience working with Kubernetes.
- Professional experience in the Investment Banking domain.
