Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot (Mandatory)
• Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Expertise in building highly scalable, resilient, and fault-tolerant systems
• Strong programming experience in one or more of the following:
  • Solidity
  • Java
  • Node.js
  • Python
  • GoLang
  • Rust
• Strong knowledge of Cryptography and secure data handling
• Excellent understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
• Experience with cybersecurity standards, protocols, and threat mitigation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based application deployment

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy decentralized applications (dApps)
• Design and implement secure, scalable blockchain networks
• Develop and interact with Smart Contracts across Blockchain/DLT platforms
• Build Oracle solutions to connect off-chain data with blockchain systems
• Develop integration libraries and APIs for blockchain-based applications
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define requirements and delivery timelines
• Mentor team members on blockchain development best practices
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with digital payment security and data protection standards
• Stay current with emerging blockchain, cryptography, and cybersecurity technologies

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in blockchain architecture, smart contract development, cryptography, distributed systems, and enterprise-grade application development using Java Spring Boot. This role requires a strong technical leader capable of building secure and scalable blockchain solutions in a cloud-enabled environment.
