Job Description
We are looking for an experienced .NET Technical Lead to lead a team in designing, developing, customizing, and supporting enterprise-level digital banking applications. The candidate should have strong hands-on technical expertise along with experience in solution architecture, team leadership, client communication, and end-to-end project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise applications using .NET, C#, React, and SQL Server.
  • Define technical architecture, solution design, coding standards, and development best practices.
  • Lead code reviews, design reviews, technical discussions, and development activities.
  • Mentor developers, provide technical guidance, and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide estimates, and deliver solutions.
  • Manage technical risks, project dependencies, deployments, and production support.
  • Ensure application security, scalability, performance, and code quality.
  • Drive CI/CD automation and continuous improvement across development processes.
Mandatory Skills
  • 8+ years of overall software development experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Technical Lead / Tech Lead.
  • Strong expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and RESTful Web APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with React, React Native, and TypeScript.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, indexing, and query optimization.
  • Experience with WCF, Entity Framework, and Microservices.
  • Strong understanding of Solution Architecture, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
  • Experience in team leadership, mentoring, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
  • Knowledge of OWASP, secure coding practices, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
Good to Have
  • Banking / Financial Services / Digital Banking experience.
  • Knowledge of banking platforms such as Symitar or Summit.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
  • Exposure to AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.
  • Experience with third-party integrations and enterprise application support.
