Role: Cloud Architect (AWS and Azure Cloud Platforms)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Cloud Architect with 10+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in AWS, Azure, Hybrid Cloud, and Enterprise Cloud Architecture. This role is responsible for designing scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud solutions, defining cloud governance and architecture standards, and leading cloud modernization initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise cloud architectures across AWS (primary) and Azure (secondary) environments.
- Develop cloud governance, architecture frameworks, standards, best practices, and migration roadmaps.
- Lead hybrid cloud and on-premises to cloud transformation initiatives.
- Architect secure, highly available, and resilient cloud solutions with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation/ARM) and CI/CD automation strategies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, networking, cybersecurity, and DevOps teams to deliver enterprise cloud solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT experience with 610 years of AWS and 24 years of Azure experience.
- Strong expertise in AWS Organizations, Multi-Account Strategy, VPC, IAM, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EKS, and Azure services including VMs, Azure SQL, Storage, AKS, Azure Functions, and Networking.
- Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub Actions/Jenkins, and cloud networking (VPC, Transit Gateway, VPN, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute).
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Security, Governance, FinOps, Disaster Recovery, Zero Trust, and enterprise cloud best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders, define cloud strategy, and mentor engineering teams.
