• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement applications.
• Develop and extend CRM functionality using C#, .NET, plugins, custom workflow activities, and business logic.
• Work extensively with Microsoft Dataverse for data modeling, configuration, development, and integration.
• Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 plugins, custom actions, workflows, business rules, and custom APIs.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 entities/tables, forms, views, business processes, security roles, and relationships.
• Develop integrations between Dynamics 365/Dataverse and Azure services.
• Build and support REST/API-based integrations and enterprise data flows.
• Work with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, API Management, or related Azure integration services.
• Develop and consume REST APIs and web services using .NET/C#.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, data, and production issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis and provide permanent solutions for production defects.
• Work with stakeholders, business analysts, architects, and other development teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Follow Microsoft development and customization best practices.
• Support CI/CD and automated deployment processes where applicable.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and performant.
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities.
