Lead Change Manager with AI

Role: Change Management Lead, AI Transformation

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

About the Role

We’re hiring a change management professional to drive adoption on AI transformation engagements for our clients. You’ll make sure the AI solutions we build are actually used, trusted, and embedded into day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies for AI and agentic AI programs
• Assess change impact and readiness across roles, processes, and teams
• Run stakeholder mapping and engagement, from executive sponsors to frontline users
• Build communication plans, training programs, and adoption playbooks
• Address resistance, trust, and job-impact concerns around AI with clear, honest messaging
• Define and track adoption KPIs, working with delivery teams to tie them to business outcomes
• Support the path from pilot to production through user feedback loops and champion networks
• Contribute to steering committee updates and reusable change toolkits

Qualifications

• 15+ years in change management, ideally on technology, data, AI  and/or digital transformation programs
• Experience with a structured methodology (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar); certification preferred
• Exposure to AI/ML or automation programs, with a practical understanding of adoption challenges
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working with senior leaders and cross-functional delivery teams
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or other operations-heavy industries is a plus
