Location: Malvern, PA (Onsite Day 1)

Duration: 12 Months

Only W2 people

50/50 split between front end (Angular) and Java (Spring Boot/Microservices)

Responsibilities

Performs intermediate-level system analysis, design, development, and implementation of SpringBoot APIs and Angular UI applications.

Converts technical specifications into code for moderately complex new or enhancement projects. Develops programs, writes code, conducts testing, and generates reports with automation-ready test implementation.

Promotes code to development, test, and production environments on schedule. Provides production support and manages change control documentation.

Adheres to software development methodologies and architectural standards.

Participates in design, code, and test inspections throughout the development lifecycle to identify issues. Supports systems analysis activities.

Understands client business functions and technology needs, along with Vanguard's tools, technologies, and systems that interface with business areas.

Complies with Information Technology and Information Security policies and procedures.

Contributes to special projects and performs other assigned duties.

Qualifications

Expertise with 1 or more of: Java/SpringBoot, Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript

Experience with 1 or more of these AWS Services: ECS, Lambda, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, CloudFormation Templates

Familiarity with DevOps concepts, tools and continuous delivery pipelines like GitHub
