Quality Engineer

Description
We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer (Sr. QA) with strong experience in Salesforce testing, QE automation, and API validation, who can also perform lead-level activities to drive quality strategy, mentor team members, and ensure successful delivery. his candidate will be responsible for supporting the Data in the Cloud Initiative. This initiative will focus on streaming more data from SORs to Salesforce, storing it there. This modernizes how Salesforce handles data, making it faster, more reliable, and easier to maintain while reducing dependence on external systems and custom code. By centralizing more data natively in Salesforce, we gain scalability, stronger system resilience, and a foundation that supports future growth and analytics with far less effort.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end quality assurance activities for Salesforce-based applications
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Cucumber and Selenium
Perform API testing using Postman and validate backend integrations
Create, execute, and manage test cases, test plans, and test cycles using Jira Xray
Perform defect identification, logging, tracking, prioritization, and root cause analysis
Validate data integrity using SQL queries
Collaborate closely with developers and product owners
Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Support regression testing, release validation, and production readiness
Be flexible to support extended working hours during critical releases or production issues
Coordinate QA activities across multiple workstreams and offshore resources
Ensure adherence to QE standards, processes, and compliance requirements
Act as a QA lead for assigned crews and drive the overall test strategy and quality approach

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
