Commercial AI & Agentic Lead

Role Summary

The Digital Transformation Commercial AI & Agentic Lead will drive the strategy, design, and delivery of next generation AI and Agentic AI capabilities supporting commercial and patient engagement initiatives. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring AI solutions deliver measurable business value while remaining scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.

This position will lead large scale AI transformation programs, shape agentic AI roadmaps, and oversee the implementation of intelligent solutions that enhance customer engagement, personalization, CRM modernization, and patient journey optimization. The ideal candidate brings a unique combination of strategic leadership, technical expertise, and hands on program delivery experience.

• Less than 25% travel required

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial GenAI and Agentic AI strategy, aligning technology investments with business priorities

• Identify, prioritize, and deliver high impact AI use cases supporting CRM evolution, personalization, omnichannel engagement, and patient experience initiatives

• Lead the design and implementation of agentic architectures including multi agent ecosystems, orchestration frameworks, and autonomous workflows

• Manage complex AI transformation programs including scope, budget, timelines, governance, vendor management, and value realization

• Partner with Commercial, Medical, Marketing, and Digital Technology leaders to develop innovative AI powered solutions

• Establish scalable architectures and integration strategies across enterprise platforms, CRM systems, data ecosystems, and AI technologies

• Evaluate, challenge, and guide technology vendors, system integrators, and AI partners to ensure high quality solution delivery

• Drive organizational adoption of AI first operating models while building internal AI capabilities and reusable frameworks

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Digital Technology, IT Leadership, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Technology roles

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field

• Proven experience leading large scale AI, GenAI, or digital transformation initiatives within complex enterprise environments

• Strong expertise with Large Language Models, Retrieval Augmented Generation, AI copilots, orchestration frameworks, and agentic AI solutions

• Deep understanding of multi agent systems, agent orchestration, autonomous workflows, and emerging AI architectures

• Experience designing enterprise solutions and integrating AI technologies with CRM platforms, data environments, and business systems

• Demonstrated success managing vendors, technology partners, and cross functional delivery teams

• Pharmaceutical industry experience required with a strong understanding of regulated environments

• Experience supporting commercial pharmaceutical functions including CRM, omnichannel engagement, healthcare professional engagement, or patient focused initiatives strongly preferred

• Strong program and project leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and executive stakeholder management abilities

• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long term vision and hands on execution
