Job Description

We are looking for Functional Test Engineers with strong ISP and camera feature validation experience to ensure the functional quality and user experience of devices. The role involves testing camera, imaging, and display features across multiple platforms, analyzing defects, and supporting quality improvements throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate camera, imaging, and display features across A** device platforms to ensure functional quality and an excellent user experience.
  • Design and execute functional test scenarios, analyze defects, and support issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Review automated test results, investigate failures, and contribute to regression coverage and continuous quality improvements.
  • Validate ISP and camera features, including AF (Autofocus), AE (Auto Exposure), AWB (Auto White Balance), HDR, and Night Mode.
  • Perform functional testing, test case design, and multi-platform testing across iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and Home.
  • Investigate logs, perform defect analysis, and participate in bug triage.
  • Support automation and regression testing using Python and CI/CD workflows.
  • Assess release readiness, identify risks, and take ownership of product quality.
  • For the Lead role, provide team leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong ISP and camera feature validation experience.
  • Expertise in functional testing and test case design.
  • Experience testing mobile devices and multiple Apple platforms.
  • Strong defect analysis, log investigation, and bug triage skills.
  • Exposure to automation, Python, regression testing, and CI/CD.
  • Experience with release readiness, risk assessment, and quality ownership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including technical documentation and reporting.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks, prioritize effectively, and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong ownership, accountability, time management, and stakeholder communication skills.
