his role requires deep technical understanding of IT Infrastructure systems including
networking and strong project management skills, in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Review current IT Infrastructure including storage, backup, network and contribute to
enhancements for resilience and reliability
• Maintain up to date IT Infrastructure documentation
• Ensure that infrastructure solutions align with organizational goals and compliance
requirements
• Plan and manage the project to migrate off VMware
• Lead and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure projects (technical planning, execution,
monitoring, and closure)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Security, Support etc.)
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocations and ensure on time
and on budget project delivery meeting quality standards
• Manage risks, resolve issues, and communicate project status to stakeholders
• Coordinate change management and ensure minimal impact on business operations
• Maintain project documentation and generate regular progress reports
• Contribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure project management practices
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure design/support as a team lead
• 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure project management
• Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure (Active Directory, networking,
storage, servers, VPN, cloud, virtualization, VDI, security)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, O365) and Video Conferencing
services
• Knowledge of data protection and Enterprise backup solutions
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, enterprise infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skill
