Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant to join a long-term implementation project. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management with experience implementing and supporting end-to-end SCM business processes. Candidates who can work onsite in St. Louis, MO are preferred; however, remote candidates willing to travel based on project milestones will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion SCM implementation, enhancement, and support activities.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.

• Configure Oracle Fusion SCM modules based on business needs.

• Conduct solution design workshops and business process discussions with stakeholders.

• Perform gap analysis and recommend best practices.

• Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and user documentation.

• Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live activities.

• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data migration.

• Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer.

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Oracle SCM experience with strong Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation expertise.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules such as:

  • Procurement

  • Inventory Management

  • Order Management

  • Manufacturing

  • Supply Planning

  • Global Order Promising (GOP)

  • Product Management

  • Cost Management

• Experience in multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.

• Strong knowledge of SCM business processes and best practices.

• Experience working with integrations, reporting, and data conversion teams.

• Excellent client-facing, communication, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Certification.

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

• Knowledge of Warehouse Management (WMS) and Logistics modules is a plus.

• Experience working in manufacturing or distribution environments.
