Boomi Integration Lead/Arch

**About the Engagement**

We are a growing company expanding our fulfillment operations and standing up a new third-party logistics (3PL) partner and warehouse. To support this expansion, we need to build out a new set of integrations between NetSuite (our ERP) and the 3PL''s WMS — mirroring a similar, already-functioning integration we built to our own WMS using Boomi.

We have two strong Boomi developers on staff and are looking for a senior consultant to lead this effort, elevate our architecture, and help us establish better integration patterns and best practices across the board.

**What You''ll Do**

- Lead architecture and design of new NetSuite 3PL/WMS integrations in Boomi
- Serve as technical lead and mentor to 2 in-house Boomi developers
- Establish and document integration patterns, standards, and best practices (error handling, retry logic, monitoring, logging)
- Leverage our existing Boomi WMS integration as a blueprint to accelerate delivery
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Operations, IT, and Finance
- Conduct a light audit of our current Boomi architecture and recommend improvements

**Bonus Scope (if NetSuite-proficient):**
- Participate in parallel NetSuite optimization initiatives
- Advise on NetSuite configuration, workflows, and data flows relevant to the integrations
- Help bridge the gap between NetSuite functional teams and the Boomi integration layer

**What We''re Looking For**

- 5+ years of Boomi integration experience, with demonstrated lead/architect-level work
- Experience designing and building WMS, ERP, or supply chain integrations
- Strong understanding of integration architecture patterns (pub/sub, event-driven, API-led, etc.)
- Ability to lead and elevate developers — not just build, but teach and standardize
- NetSuite integration experience strongly preferred; deep NetSuite functional knowledge is a significant bonus
- Excellent communication skills — you''ll engage directly with business and technical stakeholders
- Available to work primarily in EST business hours
