We are seeking a highly skilled Manager of Oracle Fusion Analytics to lead the design, delivery, and data governance of our core reporting infrastructure across enterprise Finance streams. Sitting squarely at the intersection of corporate finance and technical infrastructure, this role manages our operational analytics roadmap to deliver trusted, decision-ready insights. You will partner closely with global global process owners to surface critical discoveries that optimize working capital and maximize structural automation.

responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute the global analytics and reporting roadmap for Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) cycles within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Translate complex Finance business needs into scalable data models, dashboards, and self-service solutions using Oracle analytical environments.
- Define, configure, and maintain unified standard metric behaviors across corporate reporting lines (including DSO, DPO, collection effectiveness, and duplicate-payment risks).
- Act as the key translation liaison between functional accounting leaders, global IT teams, and data engineering departments.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a closely related professional discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise finance analytics, corporate business intelligence, or modern ERP reporting environments.
- 2+ years of experience operating in a team lead, project manager, or formal leadership capacity.
- Hands-on configuration expertise using Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP data tools: Fusion Analytics Warehouse / Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Deep functional understanding of underlying Oracle transactional data tables across AR, AP, Procurement, and GL subledgers.
- Proven proficiency with relational database languages (SQL) and multi-layered dimensional data modeling practices.
- Direct experience supporting corporate finance transformation, system migrations, or full-cycle ERP implementations.
- Relevant professional Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Fusion Analytics / Cloud ERP).
- Ability to work onsite full-time in our Nashville, TN or New York City, NY office locations with flexibility to support international cross-border team schedules.
