Genesis10 is currently seeking a Production Support Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position.
Responsibilities: - Provide support and act as first line to production issues for business organization
- Perform hands-on triage and troubleshooting of issues, issue reporting, and incident management
- Manage and respond to ticket queues in Remedy
- Document resolution steps clearly for triage issues
- Coordinate the production changes across multiple teams including infrastructure and information security, as well as our development and business partners
- Oversee day-to-day operations keeping the systems stable and healthy
- Resolve incidents based on customer defined SLA's
- Support production release activities
- Perform business continuity and disaster recovery activities
- Work closely with developers and support various configuration and log management
- Document application support processes and procedures
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in production support environment
- Experience in Unix/Linux operating systems
- Experience with Windows servers
- Basic technical knowledge in Python, Java, MongoDB and Oracle
- Understanding of how applications behave in production when issues arise
- Experience handling incident response
- Familiarity with Container platforms and environments, Application servers
Pay range: $58.26 - $66.26
