6+MONTH CONTRACT

Role Description:

Perform feasibility analysis (including constraints, data availability, and technical approach) and report recommendations
Iteratively deliver a working agent and demos, incorporating discovery-driven changes (AI outcomes are not deterministic)
Establish a lightweight testing approach including functional validation by Suncor stakeholders and technical QA by Improving (e.g., AWS log/trace review where applicable)
Design, develop, and deliver the Asset management AI Driven Maintenance tool
Conduct unit, regression, and integration testing
Integration with internal systems
Create test cases and perform technical QA (including AWS log/trace review where applicable)
Ensure Definition of Done (DoD) is met for all deliverables
Conduct reviews with stakeholders
Provide technical documentation
Hand-over and Knowledge Transfer to Suncor Support

Required:

Python
Terraform
Lang Chain
AI agent/LLM solution design & implementation (selecting agent patterns, designing workflows)
Prompt engineering and safety/quality controls (prompting, guardrails)
Evaluation/testing approach for AI outputs (defining how the agent will be assessed)
Strong Python skills for AI components/libraries
Systems integration skills (integrating with Corrigo and other data sources)
Technical leadership in a lean team (guiding other developers, making technical decisions, aligning to success criteria)
Communication/delivery skills (driving iterative demos and stakeholder alignment)
