financial and operational digital platforms, including:
- Web and mobile applications for end users
- Claims, underwriting, and servicing platforms
- Internal operational and workflow tools
Collaboration is highly valued, with most team members located in Milwaukee and New York.
Role OverviewA
hands-on, research-focused role centered on
usability testing, mixed-methods research, and full project ownership. You will work deeply embedded within product teams and will independently drive both research strategy and execution.
Due to the nature of the systems,
experience conducting UX research in financial services or fintech is required.
Key ResponsibilitiesUX Research & Collaboration- Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to deepen understanding of user needs, pain points, and behaviors
- Serve as a trusted advocate for user perspectives
- Recommend appropriate research methodologies based on stakeholder goals
- Identify new research opportunities that drive product value
- Support initiatives across:
- Internal claims and servicing tools
- Web and mobile user experiences
- Purchasing, application, and workflow journeys
- Collaborate closely with fellow researchers
End-to-End Research Ownership- Run research projects from planning recruiting fieldwork analysis insights
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, heavily focused on usability testing
- Create clear, actionable research deliverables such as:
- Research plans
- Moderator guides
- Insight summaries and stakeholder reports
- Present findings in a compelling, actionable manner
- Maintain and recruit internal/external participant panels

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder partnership skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, highly collaborative product environments
Preferred Education- Master's degree in:

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
