WFM Domain & Functional Expertise - Deep understanding of end‑to‑end workforce management processes including time & attendance, scheduling, forecasting, labor budgeting, and workforce analytics using Legion WFM modules · Business Consulting & Requirements Discovery - Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable WFM solutions through structured requirements gathering, workshops, and future‑state process design · Analytical & Data‑Driven Thinking - Strong analytical mindset to interpret workforce data, identify demand‑supply gaps, and drive labor optimization using forecasts and operational insights · Integration & Data Management Competency - Proven ability to work across integrations between Legion WFM and HRIS, Payroll, POS, EHR, and analytics platforms, including data migration, validation, and reconciliation · Compliance & Risk Management Acumen - Strong understanding of federal/state labor laws, union rules, overtime, and rest‑period compliance, ensuring regulatory adherence through system configuration

· Legion WFM Configuration & Functional Enablement - Configure and support core Legion WFM modules—Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Demand Forecasting, Absence Management, and Workforce Analytics—to meet operational and compliance needs · Integration, Data Migration & Compliance Oversight - Coordinate integrations between Legion WFM and HRIS, Payroll, POS/EHR, and security systems; support data migration, validation, and ensure compliance with labor laws and workforce policies · Implementation, Go‑Live & Hypercare Support - Support phased rollouts, testing (SIT/UAT), go‑live readiness, and hypercare activities to stabilize WFM operations and drive workforce optimization outcomes
