The RoleAs a
Full Stack Software Engineer at Tutor Intelligence, you'll design, build, and deploy user interfaces and systems which push the frontier of what robots are capable of. As a contributor to our XR applications, you will write performant, GPU-enabled frontend interfaces for observing a robot's surroundings in real-time. You will also write scalable cloud infrastructure to command and orchestrate fleets of robots.
Responsibilities- Design and implement control interfaces for real-world robotics systems
- Own projects end-to-end, from early concept and prototyping through production deployment
- Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Product, and Leadership to define and ship solutions
- Improve system reliability, scalability, and observability in production environments
- Debug complex systems-level issues across hardware and software
- Help shape technical direction, best practices, and team workflows as Tutor scales
Requirements- Strong foundations in Python and React
- Experience operating in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments
- Clear communicator who collaborates well across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong sense of ownership and a bias toward shipping meaningful work
- Genuine interest in robotics, AI, and solving hard real-world problems
Nice to Haves- Experience in computer graphics, realtime rendering, or XR applications
- Experience in robotics
- Prior startup experience, especially at early or growth-stage companies
- Interest in technical leadership, mentorship, or project ownership

Member of Technical Staff (MoTS). Our job postings use standard titles so you can find us, but if you join Tutor, you'll be a MoTS - with a level that is determined through the interview process.
